Advanced Vehicle Maintenance Facilities
Graf & Lewent was awarded a Project at Bronx Community College to renovate the existing Patterson Garage, areas of Snow Hall, the first floor of Butler Hall and an unused area of Meister Hall to include classrooms, seminar rooms, laboratories and hands-on training space for Advanced Transportation Technology, Sustainable Fuel and Product Development programs associated with the CUNY 2020 program. The buildings will house state-of-the-art, comprehensive Sustainability Science and Engineering programs.

Patterson Garage is a single story building, containing about 6,000 square feet and will be totally renovated to house the Advanced Transportation Technology program. Snow Hall will house the Sustainable Fuel and Product Development program and the renovation will include three classrooms on the third floor. Butler Hall will house the Pre-College Program and include a renovation of approximately 2,500 square feet of interior space of the first floor. Meister Hall will house the laboratories for the Sustainable Fuel and Product Development and include an NMR spectroscopy , a Mass Spectrometer and other advanced lab equipment.
