St. John's University Laboratory Renovation
The project for St. John’s University involved the complete renovation of an existing laboratory using a fast track delievery schedule. The entire process from the start of the design process to the completion of construction was three months. The casework was ordered prior to the completion of the rest of the construction documents, two weeks after the start of the project. Included with the project were a fume hood, filtered enclosure, air, gas, vacuum and power distribution as well as new finishes throughout the space. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within the budget that was established for the project at the beginning of the process.
