Howard Graf, AIA

Howard Graf has broad experience in all aspects of project planning, administration and implementation. He has served as design architect and project manager on many of the firms projects for Airline, Corporate and University clients.

Howard is active in the architectural profession and the Queens Community. He has served as President of the Queens AIA, the New York State AIA and the Flushing Council on Culture & the Arts. Additionally, Howard serves as the First Vice President of the Executive Board for the Queens Chamber of Commerce, sits on the Board of Directors for the Greater Jamaica Development Corporation and represents Graf & Lewent Architects LLP as a Member of the Flushing Willets Point Corona LDC.

Howard is a Registered Architect in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland and Illinois. He received his Master of Architecture and Master of Business Administration Degrees from the University of Illinois.

Steve Lewent, AIA

Before forming Graf & Lewent Architects with Mr. Graf, Steve Lewent worked with major New York architectural firms, and held key roles in such projects as the Philip Morris World Headquarters and the Merrill Lynch Headquarters.

At Graf & Lewent, Steve has served as design architect and project manager for a wide variety of projects for Airline, Corporate and University clients.

Steve is a Registered Architect in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts. He received his Master of Architecture Degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
