Graf & Lewent designed the phased upgrade to United’s main Ticketing and Check-In facility at Terminal C at Newark Liberty International Airport. United’s new generation self-tagging kiosks were installed in the main fl oor area and all new agent podiums and scales were in-stalled. The back walls and LIDS monitors were redesigned, while lighting improvements and branded infi ll panels completed the makeover of this prominent facility.
